August 27, 28, and
29, the Streetcar Showoff returned to the Blaisdel Center for 3 full
days of performance looking show cars, scantily clad women, and
loud-ass music.

Once again, the
Streetcar Showoff has proven that they are the premier car show in
the Islands. Aside from quality vehicles, the show also featured a
host of activity, from R/C car drifting to bikini contests and
numerous prize giveaways. The show was also abuzz with dozens of
local automotive vendors, each with elaborate booths to display
their products and voices too soft to do any real business over the
deafening sound systems.

Positioned in the
main entryway of the show was the Sportcraft Racing pro drift FC3S.
The vehicle turned many heads as people walked past seemingly mild
looking vehicle. The hybrid fiberglass hood was propped open just
slightly to feature an impressive Honda S2000 engine transplant.
With any luck, this vehicle will be competing in the 2005 USA D1
Grand Prix with pro driver Maeda Ken at the wheel.
