Looks like the newest incarnation of video game drifting will be hitting the shelves this fall with Juiced 2: Hot Import Nights from THQ. Juiced is scheduled for release on September 25, 2007 and will hopefully keep avid drifting fans busy with virtual drifting until the 2008 seasons of the D1 Grand Prix, Formula D, and NOPI Drift get underway. Juiced 2 will be released on the XBox 360, PS3, PS2, PSP, Nintendo DS, and PC platforms allowing just about everyone to get in on the action.

From the looks of it, Juiced 2 is a racing game that challenges competitors on both the streets and the racetrack. Players upgrade and customize their own rides throughout the course of the game and with the hundreds of customization options available, players may have their hands full creating their own unique vehicle. Additional features like online gaming with gambling and pink slip options allow players to bet their wads or their rides against opponents.

For automotive enthusiasts and drifting fanatics, this looks like a game to be on the lookout for. Realistic locations, licensed vehicles and tuner parts, online gambling, and most importantly drifting; this game has everything you need to keep occupied while tailoring your real drift vehicle to the next drifting event.
