race fans! This month, the Drift Session is heading back to the
motherland: JAPAN! Join us in our first-ever, multi-part series
documenting our trip to the Tokyo Auto Salon as we check out some of
the fastest cars, hang with some of the coolest drifters, and perv
out on hot asian girls. It was definitely a trip to remember. You
can see “Otaku-Mike’s” photos in the Drift Session broadband site,

I decided to save the majority of the campaign girl pictures for a
special section of this report. Enjoy.
For
those of you that have never been to the Tokyo Auto Salon, there are
just about as many "campaign girls" there as there are
cars. Campaign girls are the Japanese counterpart of the
"import model" that you'd find in the USA. These girls are
hired by various companies to stand around all day wearing various
skimpy outfits bearing the company's name and / or logos. They help
draw attention to booths and vehicles that are on competing in the
car show game of "LOOK AT ME!"
Unlike
the pseudo models you'd find at your average import car show in the
US, the Japanese campaign girls seem a little more light-hearted and
fun. They smile for the cameras, pose, and act as sort of PR people
for the companies they work for. It seems that in America the import
models are either taking their "modeling" so seriously
while making semi-orgasmic poses they they come off as bitchy, or
they're trying to be as ho-ish as humanly possible. All right! Once
again, we are all about the ho-train.
The
following collection of pictures was due to the fact that the
Saturday of the Tokyo Auto Salon was so busy that we couldn't get
any clean pictures of cars. There were just too many people around.
